As a nation we love a good Indian curry, especially when it is authentic in flavour. Many dishes are rich and high in calories and we sometimes feel guilty indulging ourselves in such a pleasure of taste. However, what most people do not realise is Indian food contains herbs and spices which are actually good for our health.
