Cameroon Defeats Egypt to Win Africa Cup of Nations

LIBREVILLE, Gabon — Vincent Aboubakar scored a late goal to hand Cameroon a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over Egypt and its fifth Africa Cup of Nations title in an entertaining final on Sunday.

Cameroon, which had eight players withdraw before the tournament for various reasons, came back from a goal behind after Mohamed Elneny, an Arsenal midfielder, had put Egypt ahead midway through the first half.
