Yoga Aids Seasonal Affective Disorder

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a mood disorder that people suffer from during winters. Studies have shown that during the winter months, one’s behaviour can changed drastically. This is due to mood swings, the lack of energy, poor food choices, bad eating habits and even too much sleep. When such disorders occur, it will not just affect our behaviour, but it will also affect our health and wellbeing.
